Well it’s that time of the month again. I woke up at half past 6 because my shorts were wet. Gross. So I went to shower to clean myself and wash my shorts and undies. What a way to start the day.
Good news though — I finally got my learner’s permit! Yay! It looks like a real license too, not some flimsy piece of paper like I had back in the Philippines. I got all the questions right this time too. I called my Mom so she could be proud of me, and she was. It also turns out that my brother took his written test yesterday in Seattle, but failed. He was probably thinking he could cruise right through it, hehe. He’s taking it again today, and I hope he passes it this time. :)
Jay and I bought a microwave yesterday. (Thanks sweetie, you’re the best!) I drove us home from Walmart yesterday too. It was funny because Jay thought I was going to run a red light, since I still wasn’t slowing down as we were nearing it, and he was like, “Stop, stop, stop, stop!” But that was only because I was trying to decide which was the brake and which was the gas. NOT good to be mixing them up, haha. I just want to say that driving a standard is so much harder than driving an automatic! Argh. Car stalled several times in the middle of the road, much to my mortification. Heehee, good thing Jay’s a very patient guy who doesn’t mind teaching driving noobs.
I’m going to AT&T later for my job offer. I think this means I got the job? Yay, another thing to celebrate! Thanks, God. :)
